Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Factory to Farmer, we strive to deliver quality products. However, if you are not satisfied, the following policy applies:

Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered

Refund Process

  • Customer must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Proof (photo/video) must be provided
  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind
  • Improper handling/storage by customer
